im slacking...

no i didn't up and go to jerusalem, but this is an old photo i found while editing and did a little work to it...so at least i have a picture to put up now.

the calm after the storm...

theres been crazy storms here all week. tornados, hail, wind, lightening, thunder, and LOTS of rain. looks like things are finally clearing up though...

my come back (to the blog world)...

a couple hours ago i was sitting in my underwear, playing rock band and sipping of black coffee when i thought my life at this moment it pretty pathetic. there are floods, thunderstorm, and life going on outside so why am wasting it in the comforts of my own home. lame. im only given 24hours each day to live and i need to do just that. live. get out in the world, see the excitement and experience it to the best of my abilities...and as much as i love rock band...i shall hang up my drumsicks for now and pick up my camera everyday to document this short life i have. im not a writer so my blog won't have much to read. instead i will use a shutter speed and aperture setting to share my journey starting now...

since i am now running late for work and need to shower here are a few pictures from one of the most incredible places ive been, Big Sur, CA. this past weekend i traveled the california highways north to escape suburbia and enjoy nature. there is something so refreshing about this place and beauty fills it...
